Mechanical Engineering M.S. program accepted its first graduate students in 2017 and started its education as a part of Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences. The program enables its students to develop their engineering skills, to work on project basis, to study and specialize in a specific field and to design new systems according to needs of our era. Our mechanical engineering research program focuses on fundamental research in material science and process engineering, product design and information-integrated production processes. With its project-based working academic staff and extensive laboratory infrastructure the program offers great opportunities to students who have graduated from mechanical or other related engineering departments and want to specialize in specific fields.
