Turkey's need for electrical power is increasing gradually and steadily as a consequence of growing industry and population. On the other hand, the limited energy resources in our country cause a dependency on otside to satisfy the need for this energy. Hence, it is crucial to handle those limited electrical resources at every step, from production to consumption, in an efficient and economical way. Therefore, the necessity of well equipped human resources related with production, distribution, transmission and efficiently usage of electrical energy is gradually increasing day by day. This program aims to train intermediate staff who can be employed in all establishments related with the distribution and marketing of electricity, all industrial establishments consuming electricity and public establishments such as EIE, TEIAS,EUAS,and TETAS. Graduate students can also be employed in companies as assistant staff for Energy Managers who are mandatorily employed in these companies.
