Will be able to communicate verbally in English with the crew and passengers as needed in the cabin in situations such as welcoming passengers, announcements, service, emergencies, passenger problems, and sending passengers off.
Will be able to use English terminology regarding the duties and responsibilities of the cabin crew.
Will be able to recognize and fill out the documents that the cabin crew must fill out in English
They will be able to listen and speak in English during the pre-flight and post-flight briefings of the cabin crew and prepare written reports in English.
