Week - 1 Introduction, course objectives, scope, and introduction to the CAD software.
Week - 2 Introduction to technical drawing rules: line types, lettering styles, and basic concepts.
Week - 3 Drawing of geometric shapes: lines, arcs, circles, polygons, and basic shapes.
Week - 4 Rules for creating views: drawing front, top, and side views.
Week - 5 Types and rules of dimensioning: linear, angular, diameter, and radius dimensioning.
Week - 6 Sectioning rules and preparation of simple sectional drawings.
Week - 7 Perspective and isometric drawing rules; preparation of the isometric drawing environment.
Week - 8 Isometric drawing applications: basic part drawings.
Week - 9 Editing operations: working with commands such as copy, mirror, rotate, extend, trim, etc.
Week - 10 Layer management: creating, naming, coloring layers, and organizing drawings.
Week - 11 Adding text and symbols; hatching operations.
Week - 12 Drawing scales, use of paper space, and print/output settings.
