The main educational philosophy of the department is to provide a valid professional education in biology discipline supported by laboratory practices at the level of current scientific and technological sciences. Department laboratories are equipped with all the modern research equipment and facilities required for scientific research, both traditional and high-tech. Lessons do the lectures, laboratory practices and field studies. Regular attendance at all classes is necessary not only for students to learn about biology, but also for experimentation, critical thinking, communication as well as communicative thinking and communication skills.
