  • Learning Outcomes and Subordinate Skills: At the end of this course, the student; 1. will able to define demolition approaches. 1.1. Learn approaches, intervention principles and how to differentiate and choose these approach. 1.2. Learn the methodology of selection of structural demolition and renovation activities. 2. will be able to learn the planning and management of projects to be implemented before the demolition and processes. 2.1. Planning and construction work on the main aspects of planning and management; to ensure sufficiency and competencies, training will be learned. 2.2. Management and planning tools as well as site works will be learned. 3. will be able to define structural risks. 3.1. Learn the identified features and status of the form and structural risks. 4. will be able to learn health and safety of persons on or off site. 4.1. Learn risk-based approach, site security, and personal protective equipment on site and emergency procedures. 4.2. Learn hazards from services and combustible materials, noise and vibration, and falling and projected materials. 5. will able to learn about demolition techniques. 5.1. Learn demolition by hand, by machine, by special techniques, by explosives, and other demolition techniques. 6. will able to learn about materials handling and processing. 6.1. Will learn transport arrangements, removal of demolition debris, and mobile power plants for recycling of materials.
