  • Comprehensively and critically reviews national and international literature related to the doctoral thesis topic.
  • Defines the original research problem by evaluating current developments, research gaps, and scientific debates in the literature.
  • "Establishes the objective, scope, hypothesis, and research methodology of the thesis study based on scientific foundations.
  • Determines the advanced data, methods, and research tools required for the doctoral thesis study.
