1 To acquire the ability to access, evaluate, interpret, and apply knowledge in advanced chemical engineering by developing undergraduate-level knowledge in depth through current and technical methods.
2 To be able to design, implement, and interpret analytical, modeling-based, and experimental research aimed at identifying and solving complex problems by using the theoretical and applied knowledge acquired at the specialization level in the field of Chemical Engineering.
3 To independently formulate a problem in the field of Chemical Engineering, generate new knowledge, develop solution methods through design, solve the problem, evaluate the results, and apply them when necessary.
4 To be able to critically evaluate knowledge related to Chemical Engineering, direct one’s own learning, and independently conduct advanced-level studies.
5 To observe social, scientific, and ethical values in the processes of collecting, interpreting, and disseminating data related to the field.
6 To be able to systematically and clearly communicate the processes and outcomes of their studies to stakeholders within or outside the field of chemical engineering in national and international settings, either in Turkish or in a foreign language at least at the B1 General Level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, in written or oral form.
7 To acquire the ability to work efficiently in interdisciplinary or disciplinary teamwork, to assume leadership when necessary, to set priorities, and to take responsibility.
8 To acquire the ability to understand, evaluate, and contribute to the economic, social, environmental, safety, and health-related aspects of Chemical Engineering applications.
