#	Field Qualifications
1	develop and deepen their knowledge acquired based on undergraduate level learning outcomes in the transportation field of study to the master’s level in the same field and its related branches of study.
2	be aware of innovations and developing practices in the field and examine and learn them in case of necessity.
3	complete and implement the knowledge using limited or missing data through scientific methods, and integrate them with the ones of other disciplines.
4	use the theoretical and practical knowledge regarding transportation and its related branches by relating them to their corresponding business solutions.
5	independently conduct a scientific study which requires expertise in the field of transportation and its branches.
6	access the entire knowledge and by conducting independent scientific research in their field; assess, interpret and implement the knowledge.
7	develop new strategic approaches in order to solve unpredictable complicated problems appearing in the transportation field, and devise solutions by taking responsibility.
8	lead multidisciplinary teams, develop solution approaches for complicated situations and take responsibility.
9	present process and results of their studies, development and results of other studies in the field orally and in written form in national and international means using a systematic approach.
10	use computer software at a required level in their field besides using information and communication technologies at an advanced level.
11	collect and interpret data regarding the transportation and its branches (logistics, engineering), control their implementation considering social, scientific, professional, cultural and ethical values and lead the efforts regarding preserving these values.
12	develop strategies, policies and implementation plans in the transportation field of study and its branches, implement them to the professional field, and assess their results within the framework of quality processes.
13	comprehend the interdisciplinary interactions along problem solving and/or implementation phases using expert level knowledge required by the field and profession, and reflect them to the related studies.
