1	Based on undergraduate qualifications, the ability to develop and deepen knowledge to an expert level in the same or a different field.
2	Ability to understand the interdisciplinary interaction related to one\'s field.
3	Ability to utilize theoretical and practical knowledge at an expert level in their field.
4	The ability to integrate knowledge gained in their field with information from different disciplines, interpret it, and create new knowledge.
5	Ability to solve problems encountered in their field by using research methods.
6	The ability to independently conduct research requiring expertise in a specific field.
7	Developing new strategic approaches and taking responsibility for solving complex and unforeseen problems encountered in applications related to their field.
8	Ability to lead in environments that require problem-solving related to their field.
9	The ability to critically evaluate the knowledge and skills acquired at an expert level in their field and to direct their own learning.
10	The ability to systematically communicate current developments in their field and their own research, supported by quantitative and qualitative data, to groups within and outside their field, in written, oral, and visual formats.
