#	Field Qualifications
1	Possession of advanced theoretical and practical knowledge supported by up-to-date textbooks, application tools and equipment, and other resources in the field.
2	Ability to apply advanced theoretical and practical knowledge in the field.
3	Ability to interpret and evaluate data, identify and analyze problems, and develop evidence-based solutions by using advanced knowledge and skills in the field.
4	Ability to independently conduct an advanced study in the field.
5	Ability to take responsibility as an individual and as a team member to solve unforeseen and complex problems encountered in field-related applications.
6	Ability to plan and manage activities aimed at the development of personnel working under one’s responsibility within the framework of a project.
7	Ability to critically evaluate advanced knowledge and skills in the field.
8	Ability to identify learning needs and direct one’s own learning.
9	Ability to develop a positive attitude toward lifelong learning.
10	Ability to inform relevant individuals and institutions on field-related issues and to convey ideas and solution proposals regarding problems in written and oral form.

13	Ability to use at least one foreign language at the B1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages to follow field-related information and communicate with colleagues.
14	Ability to use information and communication technologies, along with computer software at least at the European Computer Driving Licence Advanced level required by the field.
15	Ability to act in accordance with social, scientific, cultural, and ethical values in the processes of collecting, interpreting, applying, and disseminating field-related data.
16	Possession of adequate awareness of the universality of social rights, social justice, quality culture, and the protection of cultural values, as well as environmental protection, occupational health, and safety.
