# Field Qualifications
1 Developed and deepened their knowledge in the same or in a different field to the expert level upon their Bachelor level qualifications basis.
2 Developed an understanding of the interdisciplinary interactions of their field.
3 Uses the theoretical and practical knowledge acquired in their field at an expert level.
4 Interprets the knowledge acquired in their field by integrating them with knowledge from other disciplines, and formulate new knowledge.
5 Solves the encountered problems related to the field by using research methods.
6 Independently conducts studies that require proficiency in the field.
7 Takes responsibility and develop new strategic solutions in order to solve unexpected complex problems faced within the applications in the field.
8 Demonstrates leadership in contexts that require solving problems related to the field.
9 Evaluates knowledge and skills acquired at proficiency level in the field with a critical approach and direct the learning.
10 Can systematically communicate recent developments and studies within their field to both professional and non-professional groups using written, oral and visual techniques, as supported with quantitative and qualitative data.
11 Investigate and improve social connections and their conducting norms with a critical view and act to change them when necessary.
