#	Field Qualifications
1	To develop and deepen knowledge in the same or a different field at an expert level, based on undergraduate-level competencies.
2	Understanding the interdisciplinary interaction related to the field.
3	Ability to utilize theoretical and practical knowledge at an expert level in the field.
4	Ability to interpret and create new knowledge by integrating knowledge from different disciplines with the knowledge acquired in their own field.
5	Ability to solve problems encountered in the field using research methods.
6	Ability to conduct a study requiring expertise in the field independently.
7	Ability to develop new strategic approaches for the solution of unforeseen complex problems encountered in field-related applications and take responsibility for generating solutions.
8	Ability to provide leadership in environments requiring the resolution of field-related problems.
9	Ability to critically evaluate the expert-level knowledge and skills acquired in the field and direct their own learning.
10	Ability to communicate current developments and one\'s own studies, supported by quantitative and qualitative data, to expert and non-expert audiences in a systematic, written, oral, and visual manner.
11	Ability to critically examine social relations and their underlying norms, foster improvements, and act to transform them when necessary.
12	Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a foreign language at least at B2 Independent User level of the European Language Portfolio.
13	Ability to use computer software and ICT tools at an advanced level required by the field.
14	The ability to supervise and teach social, scientific, cultural, and ethical values during the collection, interpretation, application, and dissemination of data related to one’s field.
15	Developing strategies, policies and implementation plans for subjects related to the field and evaluating the obtained results within the framework of quality processes.
16	Ability to use the knowledge internalized in their field, along with problem-solving and/or application skills, in interdisciplinary studies.
