#	Field Qualifications
1	To develop and deepen current and advanced knowledge in the field at an expert level through original thinking and/or research, and to reach original definitions that will bring innovation to the field, based on master\'s level competencies.
2	To comprehend the interdisciplinary interaction related to the field; to reach original conclusions by using expertise-requiring knowledge in analyzing, synthesizing, and evaluating new and complex ideas.
3	Ability to evaluate and use new information in the field with a systematic approach.
4	Ability to develop new ideas, methods, designs, and/or applications that bring innovation to the field, or to apply known ideas, methods, designs, and/or applications to a different field; to research, comprehend, design, adapt, and implement an original subject.
5	Ability to critically analyze, synthesize, and evaluate new and complex ideas.
6	Having acquired high-level skills in using research methods in studies related to the field.
7	Ability to contribute to progress in the field by independently conducting an original study that brings innovation to the field, develops a new thought, method, design, and/or application, or applies a known thought, method, design, and/or application to a different field.
8	To expand the boundaries of knowledge in the field by publishing at least one scientific article in national and/or international peer-reviewed journals and/or by producing or interpreting an original work.
9	Ability to lead in environments requiring the solution of unique and interdisciplinary problems.
10	Developing new ideas and methods in the field by using high-level mental processes such as creative and critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.
11	Ability to critically analyze social relations and guiding norms, develop them, and initiate/manage actions for change when necessary.
12	Ability to defend original viewpoints in debates with experts and establish effective communication demonstrating competence in the field.
13	Ability to communicate and debate through advanced written, spoken, and visual, in a foreign language, at a minimum of C1 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
14	Contributing to the process of the society becoming and sustaining an information society by promoting scientific, technological, social, or cultural advancements in their field.
15	Ability to establish functional interaction using strategic decision-making processes to solve field-related problems.
