By the end of this course, students will be able to develop data-driven strategies by identifying core data sources, business metrics, and performance indicators aligned with organizational goals. They will apply core Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, IF, and PivotTables to perform descriptive analytics and generate customer insights from CRM data. Students will write and execute at least 10 SQL queries in Azure Data Studio using DML and DDL commands to manipulate data. Using Power BI, they will build at least two interactive dashboards that visualize business performance and communicate insights effectively through data storytelling. Finally, students will use Python libraries like Pandas and Scikit-learn to clean data and build a basic machine learning model (e.g., linear regression) to make predictions from structured datasets.
Students will be able to conduct descriptive analysis on their data.
