Week - 1 Theory: Introduction of the Lesson, Introduction of workshops, Explanation of workshop safety measures, Explaining the methods of the course, Determination of work groups. In the classroom
Week - 2 Theory: Cable types, structures and properties, identification of control criteria and damage tolerances. High-voltage cables and coaxial cables. Cable crimping, mechanical and hydraulic use of crimping tools, test of crimping connections.In the classroom
Week - 3 Theory: Cable protection techniques: cable bundles and supports, cable clamps, protective coating techniques, tubing. Connector types, pins, plugs, sockets, isolators, current and voltage ratings, connectors, cable identification codes. In the classroom
Week - 4 Theory: General avionic test equipment operation, functions and uses. Continuity, isolation and bonding techniques and tests. In the classroom
Week - 5 Theory: EWIS (electrical wiring interconnection system): installation, control, repair, maintenance and cleaning standards. Controls of soldering and connections. Lightning and HIRF (high intensity radiated fields) after checks. In the classroom
Week - 6 Practical: determination of cable and cable values according to their references using aircraft maintenance manuals (AMM), reading and interpretation of electrical scheme, connections and diagrams (wiring diagram). In Aircraft electricity workshop and TB-20 aircraft.
Week - 7 Practical: cable and cable values to be determined according to their references by using aviation maintenance manual and reading and interpretation of electrical scheme and diagrams. Aircraft electrical workshop and TB-20 aircraft.
Week - 8 Practical: selection and use of the appropriate cable stripping and crimping tool, electrical cable repair and connections. Aircraft Electrical Workshop
Week - 9 Practical: Antenna terminator, plug, socket terminal preparation. Removing and installing pins from electrical connectors. Coaxial cable crimping. Aircraft electrical workshop
Week - 10 Practical: Wiring harness applications, wiring harness inspection and control, soldering of cables to single or multiple connectors, checking solder connections (conductivity, corrosion, etc.) on the appropriate surface. Aircraft electrical workshop, TB-20 aircraft.
Week - 11 Practical: Using different measuring instruments in practical task conditions; measurement of voltage, current and resistance values. Electrical bonding and insulation tests using high voltage equipment. On TB-20 aircraft
Week - 12 Practical: Implementation of inspection and control procedures in case of lightning strikes. On TB-20 aircraft
Week - 13 Practical: Installation, operation and control of the starter circuit of the aircraft using the TB-20 Aircraft manual. Aircraft Electrical Workshop
Week - 14 Practical: Installation, operation and control of the aircraft alternator circuit using the TB-20 Aircraft manual. Aircraft Electrical Workshop
