Week - 1 Illustration definition, various opinions and comments, history of illustration.
Week - 2 Analysis of important terms used in the art of illustration and related works.
Week - 3 Analysis of important terms used in the art of illustration and related works. Introduction to charcoal works.
Week - 4 Shading, toning, light and drawing techniques with charcoal.
Week - 5 Definition of Zentangle and examining the samples; abstract drawing studies using repetitive patterns
Week - 6 Poster work using Zentangle technique.
Week - 7 Definition of Pareidolia. How to use it to develop new characters. Making sample drawings.
Week - 8 Creating new character drawings by using pareidolia.
Week - 9 Storyboard definition, history and usage areas.
Week - 10 Storyboard design and the use of characters created with pareidolia
Week - 11 Presentation assignments about masters and important illustrators.
Week - 12 Illustration colouring techniques: Watercolor, gouache etc.
Week - 13 Definition and concepts of perspective. Perspective drawing exercises.
Week - 14 Street illustration by using perspective technique and colouring.
