# Field Qualifications
1 Knowledge: Possessing basic theoretical and practical knowledge supported by textbooks, practical tools, and other resources that incorporate current information in the field, based on competencies acquired at the secondary education level.
2 Skill: Obtaining the skills to apply the basic theoretical and practical knowledge acquired in the field at an advanced educational level within the same field or in a related field.
3 Skill: Using the basic knowledge and skills acquired in the field to interpret and evaluate data, identify and analyze problems, and develop evidence-based solutions.
4 Ability to Work Independently and Take Responsibility: Ability to independently conduct a basic level study related to the field.
5 Ability to Work Independently and Take Responsibility: Ability to take responsibility as a team member to resolve complex, unforeseen problems encountered in field-related applications.
6 Ability to Work Independently and Take Responsibility:Ability to organize activities aimed at the professional development of staff under their supervision within the framework of a project.
7 Learning Competency: Ability to critically evaluate the basic knowledge and skills acquired in the field, identify learning needs, and meet them.
