Week - 4 Technological devices based on their effectiveness in including the sedentary population in exercise programs
Week - 5 Use of hybrid technology-based physical activity interventions
Week - 6 Physical, physiological, and psychological changes caused by the use of technological devices and the change in physical activity behavior of individuals
Week - 7 Evaluation of the major health problems of sedentary behavior with technological-based physical activity models
