# Field Qualifications
1 Based on undergraduate-level qualifications, being able to develop and deepen their knowledge to an expert level in the same field or in a different field.
2 Ability to comprehend interdisciplinary interactions related to their field.
3 Ability to apply theoretical and practical knowledge acquired at the level of expertise in their field.
4 Ability to interpret the knowledge acquired in their field by integrating it with information from different disciplines, and to generate new knowledge.
5 Ability to analyze and solve problems encountered in their field by using research methods.
6 Ability to independently conduct a study requiring expertise in their field.
7 Ability to develop new strategic approaches and assume responsibility in producing solutions to unforeseen and complex problems encountered in applications related to their field.
8 Ability to provide leadership in environments that require solving problems related to their field.
9 Ability to critically evaluate the knowledge and skills acquired at the level of expertise in their field and to direct their own learning.
10 Ability to systematically communicate current developments in their field and their own work, supported by quantitative and qualitative data, to both specialist and non-specialist groups in written, oral, and visual forms.
11 Ability to critically examine, improve, and when necessary take action to change social relationships and the norms that govern them.
12 Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written forms in a foreign language at least at the B2 General Level of the European Language Portfolio.

14 Ability to supervise the processes of collecting, interpreting, applying, and disseminating data related to their field by considering social, scientific, cultural, and ethical values, and to teach these values.
