#	Field Qualifications
1	Based on undergraduate qualifications, the ability to develop and deepen knowledge to an expert level in the same or a different field.
2	The ability to understand the interdisciplinary interaction related to their field.
3	The ability to utilize theoretical and practical knowledge at an expert level in their field.
4	The ability to integrate knowledge gained in their field with information from different disciplines, interpret it, and create new knowledge.
5	The ability to solve problems encountered in their field by using research methods.
6	The ability to independently conduct research requiring expertise in their field.
7	The ability to develop new strategic approaches and take responsibility for solving complex and unforeseen problems encountered in applications related to their field.
8	The ability to lead in environments that require problem-solving related to their field.
9	The ability to critically evaluate the knowledge and skills acquired at an expert level in their field and to direct their own learning.
10	The ability to systematically communicate current developments in their field and their own research, supported by quantitative and qualitative data, to groups within and outside their field, in written, oral, and visual formats.
11	The ability to critically examine social relationships and the norms that govern them, to develop them, and to take action to change them when necessary.
12	The ability to communicate orally and in writing using at least the B2 General Level of the European Language Portfolio in a foreign language.
13	The ability to use information and communication technologies at an advanced level, including computer software, as required by the field.
