#	Field Qualifications
1	Having advanced theoretical and practical knowledge supported by up-to-date textbooks, practical tools, and other resources in the field.
2	Ability to use the advanced theoretical and practical knowledge acquired in the field.
3	Ability to interpret and evaluate data, identify and analyze problems, and develop evidence-based solutions and recommendations by using the advanced knowledge and skills acquired in the field.
4	Ability to conduct an advanced-level study related to the field independently.
5	Ability to take responsibility individually and as a team member to solve complex and unforeseen problems encountered in field-related practices.
6	Ability to plan and manage activities aimed at the development of employees under their responsibility within the framework of a project.
7	Ability to critically evaluate the advanced knowledge and skills acquired in the field.
8	Ability to identify learning needs and to direct one\'s own learning.
9	Ability to develop a positive attitude toward lifelong learning.
10	Ability to inform relevant individuals and institutions on matters related to the field; to express thoughts and propose solutions to problems both in written and oral form.
11	Ability to share thoughts and proposed solutions to problems related to the field with both experts and non-experts, supported by quantitative and qualitative data.
12	Ability to design and implement projects and activities for the social environment in which one lives, with a sense of social responsibility.
13	Ability to follow information in the field and communicate with colleagues by using a foreign language at least at the B1 General Level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
14	Ability to use information and communication technologies, along with computer software, at an advanced level required by the field, at least at the level of the European Computer Driving Licence Advanced.
15	Acting in accordance with social, scientific, cultural, and ethical values during the collection, interpretation, implementation, and dissemination of data related to the field.
16	Having sufficient awareness of the universality of social rights, social justice, quality culture, preservation of cultural values, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety.
