# Field Qualifications
1 Based on qualifications at the undergraduate level, the ability to develop and deepen knowledge in the same or a different field at the level of expertise.
2 The ability to comprehend interdisciplinary interactions related to the field.
3 The ability to use theoretical and practical knowledge acquired at the level of expertise in the field.
4 The ability to interpret and generate new knowledge by integrating knowledge acquired in the field with knowledge from different disciplines.
5 The ability to solve problems encountered in the field by using research methods.
6 The ability to independently carry out a study requiring expertise in the field.
7 The ability to develop new strategic approaches and produce solutions by taking responsibility for solving unforeseen and complex problems encountered in practices related to the field.
8 The ability to lead in environments that require the resolution of problems related to the field.
9 The ability to critically evaluate knowledge and skills acquired at the level of expertise in the field and to direct one’s own learning.
10 The ability to systematically communicate current developments in the field and one’s own work, supported by quantitative and qualitative data, in written, oral, and visual forms to groups within and outside the field.
11 The ability to critically examine social relations and the norms that guide these relations, to develop them, and, when necessary, to take action to change them.
