1 To have sufficient background in mathematics, science and engineering subjects related to their branches.
2 To be able to identify, define, formulate and solve complex engineering problems in the field of Aerospace Engineering; to be able to select and apply appropriate analysis and modeling methods for this purpose.
3 To be able to design and conduct experiments, collect data, analyze and interpret results in order to investigate complex engineering problems or discipline-specific research topics in the field of Aerospace Engineering.
4 To be able to work effectively in disciplinary and multidisciplinary teams and to have the ability to work individually.
5 To be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in Turkish, to have knowledge of at least one foreign language, to be able to write effective reports and understand written reports, to be able to prepare design and production reports within the scope of Aerospace Engineering applications, to be able to make effective presentations, to be able to give and receive clear and understandable instructions.
6 Has the ability to access information with the awareness of the necessity of lifelong learning, to follow developments in science and technology and to constantly renew himself/herself.
7 To be able to act in accordance with ethical principles, to be aware of professional and ethical responsibility and to have knowledge about national/international rules, regulations and standards used in Aerospace Engineering applications.
8 To have knowledge about business life practices such as project management, risk management and change management in the field of Aerospace Engineering; awareness about entrepreneurship, innovation; knowledge about sustainable development and digitalization.
