Week - 1 Definition of extreme sports, mountaineering and mountaineering history
Week - 2 Winter mountaineering, camping, progression and climbing techniques in snowy lands
Week - 3 Creating a safety point in the snow, ice climbing
Week - 4 Mix climb
Week - 5 Terrain structure, bivaceous climbs
Week - 6 Winter shelters, baton, hedik, tour ski and sled
Week - 7 Avalanche, causes, points to be considered
Week - 8 Material selection, bivak, shoes and boots. Watching a mountaineering movie.
Week - 9 Selection of materials, bags, sleeping bags, stoves and camping kitchen, accessories, ropes.
Week - 10 Material selection, carabiners perlon, belt, seat belt, whistle, flashlight, helmet, crampon, baton.
Week - 11 Material selection, rock climbing shoes, dust and dust bags, bolt, wedges and coins, hammer, nutkey, pickaxe, first aid kit, map, compass and gps.
Week - 12 Rock climbing, historical, rock climbing types. Rock climbing practice.
Week - 13 Examination of researches about sport rock climbing and climbing. Rock climbing practice.
Week - 14 Memoirs about mountaineering.
