Week - 3 Ideal gas equation of state, compressibility factor. Energy transfer by heat
Week - 4 Energy transfer by work
Week - 5 The First Law of Thermodynamics for closed system
Week - 6 The First Law of Thermodynamics for closed system
Week - 7 The first law of thermodynamic for control volume and energy balance for steady-flow systems
Week - 8 Some steady-flow engineering devices (nozzles, diffusers, turbines, compressors, throttling valves, mixing chambers, heat exchangers, pipe and duct flow )
Week - 9 Problem solving about steady-flow devices
Week - 10 Energy balance for unsteady-flow processes
Week - 11 The second law of thermodynamics:heat pump, heat engine and refrigerators. Perpetual-Motion Machines, Reversible and irreversible processes, Entropy, the increase of entropy principle

Week - 14 Analysis of energy changes in chemical reaction using first law of thermodynamic,theoretical and real combustion, excess and theoretical air, enthalpy of formation and combustion and adiabatic flame temperature.
