Work Placement There is no compulsory work placement within the scope of this course. However, the theoretical and practical knowledge gained in sequence analysis, biological databases, phylogenetic evaluation, structural bioinformatics, molecular modeling, docking, data visualization and biological interpretation provides a strong foundation for future internships, research projects and workplace experiences in molecular biology, bioinformatics, biotechnology, clinical genetics and R&D laboratories.
