# Field Qualifications
1 Possesses advanced theoretical and practical knowledge in the field, supported by up-to-date textbooks, application tools and equipment, and other relevant resources.
2 Able to use the advanced theoretical and practical knowledge acquired in the field.
3 Able to interpret and evaluate data, identify and analyze problems, and develop evidence-based solutions by using the advanced knowledge and skills acquired in the field.
4 Able to independently conduct an advanced-level study related to the field.
5 Able to assume responsibility both individually and as a team member in order to solve unforeseen and complex problems encountered in field-related practices.
6 Able to plan and manage activities aimed at the professional development of those working under their responsibility within the framework of a project.
7 Able to critically evaluate the advanced knowledge and skills acquired in the field.
8 Able to identify learning needs and direct one’s own learning.
9 Able to develop a positive attitude towards lifelong learning.
10 Able to inform relevant individuals and institutions on issues related to the field, and to communicate ideas and proposed solutions to problems in written and oral form.
