1	Based on undergraduate level qualifications, they develop and deepen their knowledge in the same or a different field at the level of expertise.
2	Explains the interaction with the disciplines that the field is related to.
3	Has the ability to transfer information about the field to employees and teammates.
4	Has the ability to analyze, interpret and evaluate the information in the field analytically and systematically.
5	Regarding the field in their decisions, practices and behavior has the ability to interpret and analyze data, to define problems and to suggest solutions by using the information obtained.
6	Performs a study independently on subjects that require expertise in the field.
7	As a project manager or participant, he/she takes responsibility in accordance with the project objectives.
8	It sets the vision, purpose and target for the Organization/Institution.
9	Critically evaluates the acquired knowledge and skills.
10	He/she conveys his/her thoughts and suggestions at the level of knowledge and skills he/she has acquired about his/her field to the concerned persons in written and verbal form.
