1	Have advanced knowledge in the field
2	Have the ability to transfer information related to the field to workers and team workers.
3	Take responsibility in accordance with the project’s goals as project manager or participant.
4	Have the ability to interpret, analyze data, identify problems and suggest solutions by using the knowledge acquired in the field in decision making and implementation processes.
5	Follows the information in the field and communicates with colleagues using a foreign language at least at the European Language Portfolio B1 General Level.
6	Behaves according to organizational/corporate business and social ethical values.
7	Analyze and organise the relations with stakeholders of organization/corporation
8	Have skill to promote innovations.
9	Think critically on organization / institution.
10	Have sufficient awareness about the universality of social rights, social justice, quality and cultural values and environmental protection, occupational health and safety issues.
11	Have ability to accesses information and conducts literature research for this purpose, uses databases and other information resources.
