# Field Qualifications
1 Possessing advanced theoretical and practical knowledge, supported by textbooks, practical tools, and other resources that contain up-to-date information in the field.
2 The ability to apply the advanced theoretical and practical knowledge acquired in the field.
3 Using the advanced knowledge and skills acquired in their field to interpret and evaluate data, identify and analyze problems, and develop solution proposals based on research and evidence.
4 The ability to independently conduct advanced research in one’s field.
5 The ability to take responsibility, both individually and as a team member, to resolve complex and unforeseen issues encountered in applications related to the field.
6 The ability to plan and manage activities aimed at the professional development of employees under their supervision within the framework of a project.
7 The ability to critically evaluate the advanced knowledge and skills acquired in their field.
8 The ability to identify learning needs and guide the learning process.
9 The ability to develop a positive attitude toward lifelong learning.
10 The ability to inform relevant individuals and organizations about matters related to their field; the ability to convey their thoughts and proposed solutions to problems both in writing and orally.
