#	Field Qualifications
1	EN: Demonstrates advanced theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of piloting, supported by up-to-date coursebooks, instrument approach charts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), emergency procedure checklists, training tools, and other relevant resources.
2	Ability to use and apply advanced theoretical and practical knowledge acquired in the field of piloting.
3	Ability to interpret and evaluate data using the advanced knowledge and skills acquired in the field (e.g., reading and interpreting aeronautical charts, analyzing meteorological information), identify problems, and apply the appropriate procedure when necessary.
4	Able to take responsibility both individually and as a team member in solving problems encountered in pilotage-related practices.
5	Able to plan operational actions when necessary in situations requiring teamwork.
6	Able to critically evaluate the advanced knowledge and skills acquired in the field.
7	Able to identify learning needs and direct personal learning accordingly.
8	Able to develop a positive attitude toward lifelong learning and stay up to date with developments in aviation and piloting.
9	Able to inform relevant individuals and institutions on field-related issues; able to convey opinions and proposed solutions to problems both in written and oral form, and report voluntarily when necessary.
10	Able to share opinions and proposed solutions to field-related problems with both specialists and non-specialists, supported by quantitative and qualitative data.
11	Has at least ICAO Level 4 English proficiency; able to follow field-related information and communicate effectively with colleagues using the language.
12	Able to use all required software, hardware, and technological equipment necessary for the airline piloting profession.
13	Able to fulfill all requirements of each phase of flight and collaborate within team-based procedures that require coordinated crew operation.
14	Has sufficient knowledge to ensure safe flight operations and demonstrates awareness in applying and promoting safety standards and practices.
