# Key Learning Outcomes
1 Based on Computer Engineering qualifications, the ability to develop and deepen current and advanced knowledge in the field to an expert level through original thought and/or research, and to arrive at original definitions that will bring innovation to the field.
2 The ability to understand the interdisciplinary interaction related to Computer Engineering; the ability to reach original conclusions by using expertise in analyzing, synthesizing, and evaluating new and complex ideas.
3 The ability to systematically evaluate and utilize new information in the field of Computer Engineering, to develop a new idea, method, design, and/or application that brings innovation to the field, or to apply a known idea, method, design, and/or application to a different field, and to research, understand, design, adapt, and implement an original topic.
4 Having acquired advanced skills in applying research methods in studies related to the field of Computer Engineering.
5 The ability to contribute to the advancement of Computer Engineering by independently conducting original research that introduces innovation to the field, develops a new idea, method, design, and/or application, or applies a known idea, method, design, and/or application to a different area.
6 The ability to expand the boundaries of knowledge in the field of Computer Engineering by publishing at least one scientific article in national and/or international peer-reviewed journals and/or producing or interpreting an original work.
7 The ability to lead in environments requiring the solution of unique and interdisciplinary problems.
8 The ability to develop new ideas and methods in one\'s field by using higher-level mental processes such as creative and critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.
9 The ability to defend original views and demonstrate competence in the field of Computer Engineering by communicating effectively with experts, using at least a C1 General Level of the European Language Portfolio in a foreign language, at an advanced level in written, oral, and visual forms.
10 The ability to contribute to a society\'s transformation into and maintenance of an information society by promoting scientific, technological, social, or cultural advancements in the field of Computer Engineering.
11 The ability to establish functional interaction by using strategic decision-making processes in solving problems encountered in the field of Computer Engineering.
12 The ability to contribute to the solution of social, scientific, cultural, and ethical problems encountered in the field of Computer Engineering, and to support the development of these values.
