Week - 1 Giving general information about both World and Turkish swimming and local area swimming schedules. And practising to get use to water.
Week - 2 Giving general information about both World and Turkish swimming swimming schedules and practising to get use to water.
Week - 3 Teaching the basic education steps of swimming and Starting the learning process.
Week - 4 Phase of getting use to water . Explaining to the student why we need respiration and eye-openind practises. Starting with small drills about respiration and eye opening in the water.
Week - 5 Transition to water progression and application and analysis of free swimming technique.
Week - 6 Transition to water progression and application and analysis of free swimming technique.
Week - 7 Application and analysis of free technique.
Week - 8 Application and analysis of backstroke swimming technique.
Week - 9 Application and analysis of backstroke swimming technique.
Week - 10 Application and analysis of breaststroke swimming technique.
Week - 11 Application and analysis of breaststroke swimming technique.
Week - 12 Turns related to four technics. Examining and analyzing of starts.
Week - 13 Swimming competition and Referee rules and disqualifications in technics.
