Week - 2 Macromolecular Structure of Polymers: Amorphous and crystalline structure, chain structure, differences between thermoplastic and thermoset
Week - 3 Thermoplastic Materials: Properties, advantages, and usage areas of materials such as PE, PP, PS, ABS, etc.
Week - 4 Thermoset Materials: Structural properties and usage areas of epoxy, phenolic, melamine types
Week - 5 Mechanical and Thermal Properties: Tensile, tensile, impact strength, thermal resistance, chemical degradation behavior
Week - 6 Extrusion and Injection Molding: Process descriptions, equipment, production parameters, part design impact
Week - 7 Vacuum and Rotational Molding: Mold design, material flow, form tolerances, sample products
Week - 8 Blow and Inflation Molding: PET bottles and derivatives, mold structure, process control
