Week - 2 Diversity and Phylogeny of Microorganisms: Three Kingdom system (Archaea, Bacteria, Eukarya) and molecular markers (16S rRNA, 18S rRNA, ITS).
Week - 3 Nucleic Acid Extraction from Environmental Samples: DNA and RNA isolation techniques, purification and quality control processes.
