#	Field Qualifications
1	Possess advanced theoretical and practical knowledge supported by textbooks containing current information, practice tools and materials, and other resources in the field.
2	Use advanced theoretical and practical knowledge acquired in the field.
3	Interpret and evaluate data, define and analyze problems, and develop research- and evidence-based solutions by using advanced knowledge and skills acquired in the field.
4	Conduct an advanced level study in the field independently.
5	Take responsibility as an individual and as a team member to solve complex and unforeseen problems encountered in applications related to the field.
6	Plan and manage activities aimed at the professional development of subordinates within the framework of a project.
7	Evaluate the advanced knowledge and skills acquired in the field with a critical approach.
8	Determine learning needs and direct personal learning processes.
9	Develop a positive attitude towards lifelong learning.
10	Inform relevant individuals and institutions about issues related to the field; convey thoughts and solution proposals for problems both in writing and orally.
11	Share thoughts and solution proposals for problems in the field with professionals and non-professionals by supporting them with quantitative and qualitative data.

13	Monitor developments in the field and communicate with peers by using a foreign language at least at the European Language Portfolio B1 General Level.

16	Possess sufficient awareness concerning the universality of social rights, social justice, quality culture, protection of cultural values, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety.
