Profile of the Programme

The Information Systems and Technologies undergraduate program aims to train competent professionals capable of integrating information technologies with the needs of the business world, in line with the objectives of optimizing the business processes of institutions and enterprises, managing digital transformation strategies, and increasing efficiency. Our program is designed to equip students not only with the skills to develop technological infrastructure but also with the ability to make strategic decisions using acquired data and to produce innovative solutions.

The medium of instruction in our program is 100% English. This choice enables our students to simultaneously follow current global literature and technological developments, take part in international projects, and gain a competitive advantage in both the national and global labor markets. Designed in consideration of national quality standards and universal academic criteria, our educational curriculum offers a progressive and multidimensional development model.

Equipped with the analytical foundation of basic sciences and mathematics in the initial stages of their education, our students subsequently gain competence in the fundamental engineering principles of computing, such as algorithm design, data structures, object-oriented programming, and database management. The advanced stages of our curriculum are shaped in accordance with the current needs of the industry. In this context, our students deepen their knowledge in high-tech fields such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, the Internet of Things (IoT), big data mining, and cybersecurity. At the same time, they master mobile and web-based application development processes and are capable of creating designs centered on human-computer interaction. Our program not only imparts technical skills but also provides a visionary perspective to its students by incorporating managerial competencies such as management information systems, system analysis, customer relations, and project management into its curriculum. Theoretical knowledge is transformed into strong practical expertise, supported by well-equipped laboratory applications, industrial internships, comprehensive design studies, and graduation projects that produce solutions to sectoral problems.

Thanks to the interdisciplinary vision and strong technical foundation they acquire, graduates of the Information Systems and Technologies program have a wide range of career opportunities on both a national and international scale. Our graduates are trained as highly sought-after experts who produce innovative solutions and can successfully work in software, R&D, finance, telecommunications, data analytics, cybersecurity, public, and other strategic sectors.
