Week - 2 Damage file (DPR (Damage and Pilferage reports)) definition and applications; Definition and applications of inadequate baggage OHD (Onhand); Lost Property Customs Warehouses; Luggage Delivery Letter
Week - 3 Rush baggage; Rush luggage tag preparation; Baggage that is misplaced in our station (misrouted baggage); Left behind; Collective lost baggage
Week - 4 Introducing the World Tracer Management system; AHL (Advice if hold); Property Irreqularity Report (PIR); Non Tracing AHL Report; Baggage Delivery Order (BDO)

Week - 8 Passport - What is a visa? What are the types of passports? Introduction of passport documents; Checking passport and passport validity; Visa / residence permit control (visa / session validity, visa type, number of permits with visa)
Week - 9 Passenger profile; Passport validity rules, visa and residence permit conditions, validity and visa control for different passport types, use of TIMATIC for live animal transport rules.
