Week - 2 History of Logistics Management and Basic logistics activities
Week - 3 Logistics Management and Supply chain managament
Week - 4 Insurance and customs.
Week - 5 Forecasting methods of logistics requirements: moving average method, exponential smoothing method
Week - 6 Holt Method, Revised Exponential Method and Winters Method.
Week - 7 Logistics network design and location problems
Week - 8 The single echelon single commodity and two echelon multi commodity location problems
Week - 9 Warehouse design and operation,
Week - 10 Activities in warehouse design, warehouse capacity and make the sizing of warehouse
Week - 11 Designing the Logistics Network
Week - 12 Methametical models on logistic network design
Week - 13 Product allocation and cargo loading problems
Week - 14 Long Haul and short haul freight transportation, fleet management, fleet composition problems.
