Week - 4 Planning hierarchy and higher-level plans
Week - 5 Preparation and approval processes of zoning plans
Week - 6 Zoning plan changes and their legal consequences.
Week - 7 Building permit, occupancy permit, and building inspection.
Week - 8 Examination of interior defects and zoning regulation examples.
Week - 9 Urban planning applications (parceling, subdivision, consolidation)
Week - 10 The relationship between expropriation and urban development (within the scope of the Expropriation Law)
