# Field Qualifications
1 EN: Possessing advanced theoretical and practical knowledge in the field, supported by textbooks, practical tools and equipment, and other resources containing up-to-date information
2 The ability to use advanced theoretical and applied knowledge acquired in the field.
3 The ability to interpret and evaluate data, identify and analyze problems, and develop research and evidence-based solutions by using advanced knowledge and skills acquired in the field.
4 The ability to independently conduct an advanced study related to the field.
5 The ability to take responsibility both as an individual and as a team member to solve complex and unforeseen problems encountered in applications related to the field.
6 The ability to plan and manage activities aimed at the development of employees under one\'s responsibility within the framework of a project.
7 The ability to critically evaluate advanced knowledge and skills acquired in the field.
8 The ability to identify learning needs and direct one\'s own learning.
9 The ability to develop a positive attitude towards lifelong learning.
10 The ability to inform relevant individuals and institutions on matters related to the field; to convey thoughts and solution proposals for problems in both written and oral forms.
