Faculty of Sport Sciences | Department of Coach Training in Sports

Graduates of Coaching Education Department;

1. Knows the structure, functioning of the human organism and the physiological, physical and social requirements specific to the sport branch.

2. Knows the methods and techniques of observing, measuring, evaluating and improving sportive performance.

3. As a coach, he/she can convey the knowledge, skills, experience and experiences he/she has gained in the field of coaching to all levels of the society in an understandable and effective manner by using verbal, written, visual and auditory communication tools within the framework of professional ethical values.

4. Have knowledge and skills in planning and directing career development in the field of coaching, both for himself and for the athlete.

5. He finds solutions to the problems he encounters while carrying out his coaching profession.

6. Sustainably applies national and international current methods and technological developments in training and competitions in line with the needs of the athlete, their performance level and their own priorities as a coach.

7. He has a good command of scientific research and project design and execution in the coaching profession.
