Week - 2 EN: Characteristic features of volleyball, player characteristics in terms of their duties in volleyball, Game rules: Facilities and equipment
Week - 3 Basic stances in volleyball, warm-up and cool-down processes in volleyball
Week - 4 Performance and anthropometry in volleyball
Week - 5 EN: Basic techniques in volleyball: Forearm passing, Overhead passing, and overhead passing, spiking, blocking and serving, Game rules: Participations
Week - 6 Application of basic techniques in volleyball against combined, moving and opposing balls.
Week - 7 Application of basic techniques in volleyball against combined, moving and opposing balls.
