Weeks Topics
Week - 1 Description of rhytm and dance,historical development of dance and classification.Studying different stepping forms.
Week - 2 Description of tempo and walks by tempo and studying different stepping forms.
Week - 3 Walks by diverting,studying of movements suitable to music,using different stepping forms,studying arm positions amongst the basic dance positions.
Week - 4 Studying arm positions which suitable to music.Studying arm undulations and swingings.Giving information about the suitable music choose to dance.
Week - 5 Studying hops,gallop movements by using the space.Attacks,flexibilities and appliance of these movements in different stepping forms.
Week - 6 Teaching jumps,hops,twists.Combining the hops and twists with secondary steps.
Week - 7 Studying the basic movements which are already learnt, by using the connection movements.Different beginning poses.
Week - 8 Creating composition individually.
Week - 9 Creating composition individually.
Week - 10 Studying foot and arm positions on bar,several beginning end ending positions.Teaching the floor movements and rowing types.
Week - 11 Steps for Waltz, Polka, Tango. Various figure works
Week - 12 Creating a composition together with group and correcting the weak points and restudying.
Week - 13 Teaching several rowing methods and studying composition as a group.
Week - 14 Studying composition as a group with sample music.
