Weeks Topics
Week - 1 Historical development and classification of the dance. Giving information about rhythm and tempo.
Week - 2 Rhytm works,different stepping forms,walks,walks by diverting.
Week - 3 Explaining of movement concept;movement,extent,analyze,movement direction and movement characters.
Week - 4 Movement education;teaching loco-motor movements,steppings,hoppings,striding,gallops and jumpings. Studying loco-motor movements with different marching forms.
Week - 5 Non-locomotor movements,plie,twist,thumblings,rolls,swinging,flexions. Studying these movements with different marching forms.
Week - 6 Importance of limbering up.Strengthen and enabling them to have elasticity,giving information for a proper limbering up.
Week - 7 Giving information about basic dance positions and performing them with different stepping forms.Making bar exercises such as releve,plie,battement tendu.
Week - 8 Different movement connections,extensions,thumblings,twists.Mimic works.
Week - 9 Different movement connections,extensions,thumblings,twists.Mimic works.
Week - 10 Giving information about music choosing appropriate to dance.Using space,different rowing types and performing of them.
Week - 11 Giving information about improvisation.Performing sampling works.Creating composition individually.
Week - 12 Showing different connection movements and improvisation performance on sampling themes.
Week - 13 Sampling performance as a group.Rewieving all tecniques.
Week - 14 Music and choreography studies.
